Recipe Testing and Development
Recipe testing and editing are crucial to the success of any great recipe. My years of experience in testing have proven to me that there are many variables that effect a recipe, and therefore testing is necessary to edit a recipe in a way that will turn a cooking experience into a delicious success!  I welcome the opportunity to work with cookbook writers, food/product companies, other chefs or food publications.

Along with my years in restaurant kitchens developing and testing my own recipes, I have done some really fun work for Le Creuset.  My recipes have been showcased in Food and Wine and Savuer. My work for Le Creuset includes recipes for:
